Healthy food for kids
FoodCorps is a national nonprofit dedicated to connecting kids with healthy food in schools with over a decade of impactful service. This nonprofit was seeking a new website that would effectively communicate their mission, achievements, and future goals. The platform also needed to serve as a valuable resource for funders and partners alike, reflecting FoodCorps’ dedication to advancing their strategic initiatives.

Video // Animation
Subtle movement
Silent ambient video is featured on selected site pages to diversify the media used. Users have control over these videos with a discrete pause/play button. Additionally, subtle micro animations—including animated SVG icons and graphs, background color transitions on scroll, and gentle hover effects—breathe life into the site, enhancing user engagement and providing a dynamic browsing experience.

The Skillet
An integrated hub for news, press releases, and essential resources like lesson plans and program guides, provide a comprehensive resource for visitors. A dedicated search feature enables visitors to swiftly find specific information within this hub. Designed with versatile modules for article pages, this platform empowers the client to create a diverse range of pages tailored to their storytelling requirements.

Parallax
The Case for Food
The star of the site is "The Case for Food," a fully animated parallax page that vividly communicates FoodCorps' mission through compelling storytelling. Created by Namrata Vansadia, the page features stunning, vibrant illustrations expertly brought to life by our in-house animator.
